Arrowpoint Properties was founded in 2011 by its current president and CEO, David Lamattina, a real estate veteran with over 20 years of experience acquiring and operating multifamily properties. Investment Strategy: Arrowpoint Properties targets Class B & C, value-add and core plus apartment communities located in desirable, suburban markets throughout New England. Arrowpoint’s management team focuses on repositioning each asset via increased management efficiencies, construction and renovation projects and NOI growth strategies. Their value-add and repositioning plans have been historically executed in 12-24 months (some cases sooner) as the team aims to drive appreciation and value for its investment partners. The standard hold period for these assets is 3-5 years. During the review and due diligence process of a property, Arrowpoint’s principals work diligently with their team to formulate a unique business plan for every asset acquired. Because of Arrowpoint’s hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, they are able to quickly execute the business plan immediately upon acquisition. Arrowpoint’s acquisition process is a team effort utilized to maximize investor returns while carefully focusing on preserving investors’ capital.
